9.25" (235mm) Arctic Coastline San Mai Gyuto

This one-of-a-kind 9.25" (235mm) Gyuto with forged integral bolster and recurve heel is forged out of Maumasi Arctic Coastline San Mai damascus steel. It features a Cru Forge V core with 1080 and 15N20 damascus cladding. The spacer is black G10 and has a beautifully shaped hexagon handle sculpted out of California buckeye burl. It measures 2” tall at the heel and features Mareko's signature bilateral S-grind. It has been heat treated to an average 60HRC, and sharpened to an overall 20 degree bevel.
